UniCredit Bank Austria AG: Maintenance activities 26./27.06.2021
Online Banking Channels 26.06.2021, 1:00 a.m. - 5:00 a.m.
Due to maintenance activities UniCredit Bank Austria AG PSD2 APIs (production) will be temporarily not available on 26.06.2021 between 1:00 a.m. CEST - 5:00 a.m. CEST.
Between 1:00 a.m. CEST and 4:00 a.m. CEST short service interruptions can occur in OnlineBanking, BusinessNet and MobileBanking.
Between 2:00 a.m. CEST and 5:00 a.m. CEST UniCredit Bank Austria AG MobileBanking will be unavailable. Delivery of MobileTAN Push messages is also not possible during that time window.
Instant Payments 26.06.2021, 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Due to maintenance activities of the UniCredit Bank Austria AG PSD2 PIS API (production) for Instant Payment, the functionality will be temporarily not available on 26.06.2021 between 6:00 a.m. CEST - 10:00 a.m. CEST.
OnlineBanking, BusinessNet and MobileBanking 27.06.2021, 2:00 a.m. – 3:00 a.m.
Due to maintenance activities in OnlineBanking, BusinessNet and MobileBanking, the UniCredit Bank Austria AG PSD2 APIs (production) will not be available on 27.06.2021 between 2:00 a.m. CEST - 3:00 a.m. CEST.
Other APIs, countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.
There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.

UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy): Maintenance activity 27.06.2021
Due to planned maintenance activities our production APIs related to UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy) will be temporarily not available on Sunday, 27th of June 2021, 01:30 a.m. CEST until 02:30 a.m. CEST.
Other countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.
There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.

Due to regular maintenance activities in all Internetbanking Channels, the UniCredit Bank Austria AG X2A APIs (production) will not be available between Tuesday 22.06.2021 07:00 p.m. CEST - Wednesday, 23.06.2021 max. 5:00 a.m. CEST.
Other countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.
There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.

Due to maintenance activities service interruptions on production APIs for UniCredit Bank Austria AG, UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy) and UniCredit Bank AG (Germany) can occur on Sunday 20th of June 2021 between 01:00 a.m. CEST – 05:00 a.m. CEST.
Other countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.

Due to planned maintenance activities:
- production APIs related to Corporate Customers for UniCredit Bank Austria AG, UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy), UniCredit Bank AG (Germany), Zagrebačka banka d.d. (Croatia), UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., UniCredit Bank Romania and UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s will be temporarily not available Thursday, 17th of June from 10:00 p.m. CEST until Friday, 18th of June 01:00 a.m. CEST.
- production APIs related to UniCredit Bank AG (Germany) will be temporarily not available Friday, 18th of June 03:00 a.m. CEST until 06:00 a.m. CEST
Other APIs, countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.

Our APIs (production and Sandbox) for all countries will temporarily be unavailable for maintenance activities on Saturday, May 15th 10:30 p.m. CEST – Sunday, May 16th 09:30 a.m. CEST.
Also the Developer Portal will be affected.

Due to planned maintenance activities our APIs will be impacted:
- Production APIs/Sandbox APIs for all countries and the Developer Portal will temporarily not be available on Sunday, 09th of May, 01:00 a.m. CEST until 03:30 a.m. CEST.
- Instant payments for UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy) and UniCredit Bank Austria AG in production will not be available Sunday, 09th of May, 00:30 a.m. CEST until 04:00 a.m. CEST.
- UniCredit Bank Austria AG X2A productive APIs will not be available temporarily on 09th of May 02:00 a.m. until 05:00 a.m. CEST (already announced 4th of May).
There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.

UniCredit Bank AG: Exemption from providing a fallback mechanism
UniCredit Bank AG is happy to announce that we have received from the National Competent Authority BaFin in Germany with their reference GIT1-K5330-100027-2019/0001 the exemption from providing a fallback mechanism. This exemption was received on April 13th, 2021.
We are very proud of this achievement as it demonstrates our commitment to guarantee to our customers the same level of service on the dedicated interface (API) as on our own channels.
Therefore we also expect that you recognize our effort taken to create this dedicated interface and use it as outlined by regulation.
