As announced in February starting from July, 24th 2021 an IP address validation will be introduced into our APIs for the “PSU-IP-Address” attribute.
According to Berlin Group 1.3.4 API standard, the PSU-IP-Address (forwarded IP Address header) field consists of the corresponding HTTP request IP Address field between PSU and TPP. It shall be contained if and only if this request was actively initiated by the PSU.
In case the IP validation fails, an error response will be returned to the TPP. All private IP addresses and dummy IP addresses like 0.0.0.0 or 127.0.0.1 will trigger an error after request submission.
Please remark also for PIIS API calls the “PSU-IP-Address” will become mandatory.
