Maintenance activities 09./10.04.2022

Due to maintenance activities, PSD2 APIs (production) of

• UniCredit Bank S.A., Zagrebacka Banka d.d., UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d., UniCredit Bank CZ Rep. and SK, UniCredit Bulbank AD will not be available on Saturday, 09.04.2022 between 12:00 a.m. CEST and 7:00 a.m. CEST.
• Corporate Customers using Corporate Portal for UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy), UniCredit Bank Austria AG, UniCredit Bank AG (Germany), Zagrebacka Banka d.d. (Croatia), UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., UniCredit Bank Romania and UniCredit Bank CZ Rep. and SK will not be available between Saturday, 09.04.2022 7:00 p.m. CEST – Sunday, 10.04.2022 12:00 p.m. CEST.
• UniCredit Bank AG (Germany) will be unavailable on Sunday, 10.04.2022 between 1:00 a.m. CEST – 2:00 a.m. CEST.
• UniCredit Bank S.A., UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., UniCredit Banka Slovenija d.d., UniCredit Bank CZ Rep. and SK will be unavailable on Saturday, 09.04.2022 between 12:00 a.m. CEST – 8:30 a.m. CEST.
• UniCredit Bank Austria AG, Internetbanking and MobileBanking will not be available on Sunday, 10.04.2022 between 1:00 a.m. CEST – 5:00 a.m. CEST. Delivery of MobileTAN Push messages is also not possible during that time window.

 Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.

There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.

Important Information: Graphic update for UniCredit Italy

From second quarter of the year the UniCredit Italy Internet banking Site will receive a graphic update to the user interface.

Also the Dedicated Interface will be graphically updated in the look and feel accordingly, while no change will be applied to its functionalities (including the methods of access and confirmation of the provisions).

Delivery of MobileTAN Push messages is also not possible during that time window.

• UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia & UniCredit Bank S.A. PSD2 APIs (production) for Corporate Customers, Retail Channels and all digital channels will not be available between Tuesday, 22.03.2022 10:00 p.m. CET and Wednesday, 23.03.2022 12:00 a.m. CET.

UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., UniCredit Bank Romania, UniCredit Bank Slovenia – new features to be implemented

By end of Q2 2022, we plan to implement two new features:

• Redirect pages for Web banking channels (Retail Banking for Private Individuals and Business net for Corporate Customers) should not be accessible via the WebView of mobile TPP applications.
• A new setup for status update for PIS functionality will make status of payments more real time and accurate. Payments signed in the channels will use ACSP status, while ONLY booked payments will return status ACSC.
