Important Information: Graphic update for UniCredit Italy
From second quarter of the year the UniCredit Italy Internet banking Site will receive a graphic update to the user interface.
Also the Dedicated Interface will be graphically updated in the look and feel accordingly, while no change will be applied to its functionalities (including the methods of access and confirmation of the provisions).

Due to maintenance activities, Production APIs related to Corporate Customers using Corporate Portal for UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy), UniCredit Bank Austria AG, UniCredit Bank AG (Germany), Zagrebačka banka d.d. (Croatia), UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., UniCredit Bank Romania and UniCredit Bank CZ Rep. and SK will be unavailable between Saturday, 02.04.2022 6:00 a.m. CEST – 10:00 p.m. CEST.
Other countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.
There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.

Due to maintenance activities, Production APIs related to Corporate Customers for UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy), UniCredit Bank Austria AG, UniCredit Bank AG (Germany), Zagrebačka banka d.d. (Croatia), UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., UniCredit Bank Romania and UniCredit Bank CZ Rep. and SK will be unavailable between Saturday, 26.03.2022 7:00 p.m. CET – Sunday, 27.03.2022 1:00 a.m. CET.
Other countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.
There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.

Due to maintenance activities, UniCredit Bank Romania PSD2 APIs (production), Internet Banking and Mobile Banking will not be available between Saturday, 26.03.2022, 6:00 a.m. EET and Sunday, 27.03.2022 7 p.m. EET.
Other countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.
There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.

Due to maintenance activities, PSD2 APIs (production) of UniCredit Bank Austria AG, UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy) and UniCredit Bank AG (Germany) may experience temporary interruptions on Thursday, 24.03.2022 between 8:30 p.m. CET and 11:59 p.m. CET.
Other countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.
There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.

UniCredit Bank Austria AG: Maintenance activities 22./23.03.2022
Due to maintenance activities, UniCredit Bank Austria AG PSD2 APIs (production), Internetbanking and MobileBanking will not be available between Tuesday, 22.03.2022 7:00 p.m. CET – Wednesday, 23.03.2022 5:00 a.m. CET.
Delivery of MobileTAN Push messages is also not possible during that time window.
There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.
Other APIs, countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.

Production and Sandbox APIs will not be affected.

UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, UniCredit Bank Hungary ZRt, UniCredit Bank S.A.: Maintenance activities 22./23.03.2022
Due to maintenance activities,
- UniCredit Bank Hungary ZRt PSD2 APIs (production) for Corporate Customers and Spectra channel will not be available on Tuesday, 22.03.2022 between 7:00 p.m. CET and 8:00 p.m. CET.
- UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia & UniCredit Bank S.A. PSD2 APIs (production) for Corporate Customers, Retail Channels and all digital channels will not be available between Tuesday, 22.03.2022 10:00 p.m. CET and Wednesday, 23.03.2022 12:00 a.m. CET.
Other APIs, Countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.
There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.

UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., UniCredit Bank Romania, UniCredit Bank Slovenia – new features to be implemented
By end of Q2 2022, we plan to implement two new features:
- Redirect pages for Web banking channels (Retail Banking for Private Individuals and Business net for Corporate Customers) should not be accessible via the WebView of mobile TPP applications.
- A new setup for status update for PIS functionality will make status of payments more real time and accurate. Payments signed in the channels will use ACSP status, while ONLY booked payments will return status ACSC.

Our APIs (production and Sandbox) for all countries will temporarily be unavailable for maintenance activities on Saturday, 19.03.2022 8:30 p.m. CET – Sunday, 20.03.2022 11:30 a.m. CET.
Also the Developer Portal will be affected.
There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.

UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia: local CZ/SK API standards to be decommissioned
The transition period in which both Berlin Group Real API and local CZ/SK API standards were co-existing will end most likely by the end of Q2 2022. All TPP’s which are still using local CZ/SK API standards should finalize the migration activities to Berlin Group Real API to ensure their business continuity. Precise date when Berlin Group Real API will be the only supported API standard is to be communicated in Q2 2022.

Due to maintenance activities, PSD2 APIs (production) of
- All countries of UniCredit Group will not be available on Saturday, 12.03.2022 between 2:00 a.m. CET and 5:00 a.m. CET.
- UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy) will not be available on Saturday, 12.03.2022 between 1:00 a.m. CET and 6:00 a.m. CET and on Sunday, 13.03.2022 between 1:00 a.m. CET and 2:00 a.m. CET.
- UniCredit Bank AG (Germany) redirect flow will not be available between Saturday, 12.03.2022 11:00 p.m. CET and Sunday, 13.03.2022 4:00 a.m. CET.
- Corporate Customers for UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy), UniCredit Bank Austria AG, UniCredit Bank AG (Germany), Zagrebačka banka d.d. (Croatia), UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt., UniCredit Bank Romania and UniCredit Bank CZ Rep. and SK will be unavailable on Sunday, 13.03.2022 between 8:30 a.m. CET and 9:00 p.m. CET.
- UniCredit Bank Austria, Internetbanking and MobileBanking channels will not be available on Sunday, 13.03.2022 between 2:00 a.m. CET and 3:00 a.m. CET.
Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.
There are no changes on the APIs or documentation because of these activities.

UniCredit Bank AG (Germany): Change on getTransactionList API call
As announced 7th of July 2020, for UniCredit Bank AG (Germany), the attribute “additionalInformation” provides max. 27 characters transactionCode + max. 140 characters remittanceinformation + max. 345 characters additional remittanceinformation, intended to provide the complete remittanceinformation and to replace the attribute "remittanceInformationUnstructured" with only max. 140 characters remittanceinformation. We informed the remittance information in field “remittanceInformationUnstructured” will be kept for at least another three months.
On 25th of March 2022 we plan to remove the attribute “remittanceInformationUnstructured”. So if not done yet, please switch to “additionalInformation” attribute before.
This affects only UniCredit Bank AG (Germany). Other countries are not impacted.

Due to maintenance activities, PSD2 APIs (production) of UniCredit Bank Austria AG and UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy) will not be available on Saturday 05.03.2022 between 1:00 a.m. CET and 5:00 CET. During that time window, delivery of MobileTAN Push messages is also not possible. Temporary interruptions for Mobile banking for UniCredit Bank AG (Germany) might be possible.
Other countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.
