UniCredit Bank Austria: Maintenance activities 16-20.03.2024

Due to maintenance activities, UniCredit Bank Austria production PSD2 APIs, 24You Internetbanking and MobileBanking

• will be unavailable on Saturday, 16.03.2024 between 2:00 a.m. CET - 5:00 a.m. CET
• may be temporarily unavailable for 60 minutes on Monday, 18.03.2024 between 2:00 a.m. CET – 5:00 a.m. CET
• will be unavailable between Tuesday, 19.03.2024, 6:00 p.m. CET - Wednesday, 20.03.2024 5:00 a.m. CET.

Delivery of MobileTAN Push messages is also not possible during these time windows.

Other countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.

Making headers of the API calls swagger-compliant: bug-fix planned for go-live on 21.03.2024

We would like to inform you that we are planning to implement a bug-fix on Thursday 21.03.2024, to make the headers of API calls compliant to our specifications. As a result, headers on API response messages will contain only the fields described on our specifications. Additional unspecified header fields from TPP Input message will be excluded. Sandbox will be updated with this change on 23.02.2024 so that TPPs may verify the impact and modify their implementations if required.

Aligning our implementation to specifications: bug-fix planned for go-live in the beginning of April 2024

Beginning of April 2024, we will implement bug-fixes to align our implementation with our specification and Berlin Group standard. These fixes will be available on our Sandbox environment on Friday, 23.02.2024. Please verify the changes and if required, perform necessary modifications in your implementation.

1. We will standardize the checks on the structure of 'POST Consent' request body.

• In 'POST Consent' request body, the mandatory parameter (as per Berlin Group standard and our documentation) "combinedServiceIndicator" must be included. Only accepted value is "false" in UniCredit implementation.
• In 'POST Consent' request made with only this body:  "access":{} will not be accepted as this does not conform to Berlin Group standard. Please refer to our Documentation in the Developer portal (unicredit.eu) and use the appropriate structure and fields.

2. For UniCredit S.p.A (Italy), Bank Austria AG and UniCredit Bank GmbH (Germany), ‘GET/{account-id}/transactions’ (Read transaction list) API response body will be updated with the following structure, if transaction list is empty.

PSD2 Payment Initiation Service (PIS) APIs for UniCredit Bank GmbH (Germany), UniCredit Bank Austria AG, UniCredit S.p.A. (Italy) and buddybank (Italy) may experience short (<10 minutes) interruptions between Wednesday, 21.02.2024 6 p.m. and Thursday, 22.02.2024 6:00 a.m. CET. 

Other countries, the Developer Portal and the Sandbox APIs will not be affected.
