As announced 7th of July 2020, for UniCredit Bank AG (Germany), the attribute “additionalInformation” provides max. 27 characters transactionCode + max. 140 characters remittanceinformation + max. 345 characters additional remittanceinformation, intended to provide the complete remittanceinformation and to replace the attribute "remittanceInformationUnstructured" with only max. 140 characters remittanceinformation. We informed the remittance information in field “remittanceInformationUnstructured” will be kept for at least another three months.
On 25th of March 2022 we plan to remove the attribute “remittanceInformationUnstructured”. So if not done yet, please switch to “additionalInformation” attribute before.
This affects only UniCredit Bank AG (Germany). Other countries are not impacted.
