Terms & Condition of the UniCredit Open API Portal ("Portal"):
- The User is a Person who has been duly registered on www.unicreditbank.cz or www.unicreditbank.sk and can therefore use the Portal.
- The access data to the Portal are non-transferable, the User undertakes to protect them and prevent Access to other Persons.
- The Portal create the Communication interface between the Bank and the Users (third parties) within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2015/2366 and enables the Users secure communication. The Portal ensures the Integrity of the transmitted data and the identification of the communicating entities.
- The User acknowledges that the Data transmitted through provided Service are only fictitious, does not include Information about any particular Person or Account or Transaction.
- The Bank is not liable for any Damages resulting from using the Portal as well as the Services provided there.
- The Bank reserves the right to restrict the operation of the Portal and the API services provided here for the period necessary for Repairs and technical Maintenance.
- The Bank reserves the right to terminate Access to the Portal to the Users who use exposed APIs in a way that compromises Security and / or restricts the availability of the Services made available.
Information about the processing of personal data:
The User acknowledges that the Information provided in this Form will be processed by the Administrator of UniCredit Bank Czech Republic & Slovakia a.s. and its processors in order to:
- Accessing and verifying permissions using the Portal.
- Control and tracking of the use of the Portal to ensure the Security and Continuity of the services operation.
- Contacting the User with the Information about the Portal and available services (eg. new services, customer experience and satisfaction, or planned availability restrictions).
Personal and contact information will be processed by the Bank for the duration of the active use of the Portal and for one year from the last user logout.
